Does my Loyalty Level expire?

Yes. Our Loyalty Club has tiers which add additional benefits such as multipliers to increase loyalty points gained. These tiers have a threshold of loyalty points required to reach and maintain them on a monthly basis.

Once you gain enough points for a tier, you will retain that tier for the current month and the next month, but if you fail to meet the required points for that level afterwards, your tiers will stagnate.

At the start of each month, your loyalty points will be reset to zero. Your current tier benefits will still apply, including the points multiplier, to help you reach new milestones even sooner.

Example:

By January 22nd, you have generated 30,000 points, granting you the Master tier. On February 1st, your tier points will be reset to 0 and you need to collect at least 30,000 points again before the end of February to retain that tier for March.

If you collect less than 30,000 tier points during February, you will drop by one tier to Expert on March 1st.
