Deposit and Withdrawal with Cryptocurrencies

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), Tether (USDT), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), BNB, Toncoin (TON), Polygon (POL), USD Coin (USDC), Shiba Inu (SHIB)

• Buy Cryptocurrency:

1. Click “Deposit” at the top right of the page

2. Under “Balance”, select the cryptocurrency you want to buy

3. Choose the “Buy Cryptocurrency” option using the slider

4. A list of available methods for buying cryptocurrency will appear

5. Select the appropriate method. For further help or instructions, please refer to the following Help Center article: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitget.

6. Follow the steps for your selected payment method to complete the process.

Overview of Cryptocurrency Deposits

1. Click the orange “Deposit” button at the top right of the page

2. On the deposit/withdrawal page, select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit

3. If the cryptocurrency you want to deposit is not listed, it means your account does not yet have a wallet for that currency. Please add it by selecting “Add New Cryptocurrency.”

4. Obtain the displayed cryptocurrency address and deposit the desired amount.

Overview of Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

To withdraw from Bitcasino, go to the Cashier and enter the withdrawal address of your cryptocurrency wallet or the account address of a cryptocurrency exchange, such as “bitFlyer” or “Zaif,” along with the withdrawal amount.

Once you click the send button, the withdrawal request will be processed within an average of 2 minutes.

The withdrawal process follows the steps outlined below.

1. Bitcasino approves the player’s withdrawal request. *The average approval time is approximately 2 minutes. However, if a review of game history or deposit/withdrawal activity is required, it may take longer

2. The player withdraws funds to their cryptocurrency wallet from the Bitcasino Cashier

3. Transaction data is sent to the cryptocurrency network known as the blockchain. *Please note that Bitcasino has no control over transactions on the blockchain.

4. The transmitted data is processed by third parties called miners. Once the transaction has been processed three times by miners, the funds will be delivered to the player’s wallet
