How can I reset/remove Two-factor authentication?

In order for your Two-factor authentication (2FA) to be removed, please send an email to the following address: [email protected].

Once we have received your request, you will need to answer some security questions, and if all is well, our Support will confirm that 2FA has been removed.

We strongly advise re-enabling it to protect your account.
