How is my transaction confirmed?

All transaction confirmations come from the wallet provider, blockchain, and miners. The time it takes for a transaction to be confirmed depends on the blockchain and your transaction fee. It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours.

Here are the number of transaction confirmations needed for each cryptocurrency we offer:

• The Open Network (TON) - 1 transaction confirmation
• Ripple (XRP) - 1 transaction confirmation
• Bitcoin (BTC) - 3 transaction confirmations
• Dogecoin (DOGE) - 3 transaction confirmations
• Litecoin (LTC) - 6 transaction confirmations
• Cardano (ADA) - 10 transaction confirmations
• Ethereum (ETH) - 12 transaction confirmations
• Tether (USDT) - 12 transaction confirmations
• USD Coin (USDC) - 12 transaction confirmations
• Polygon (MATIC) - 12 transaction confirmations
• Shiba Inu (SHIB) - 12 transaction confirmations
• Build'N'Build (BNB) - 15 transaction confirmations
• Tron (TRX) - 20 transaction confirmations.

How to check how many confirmations you have on your transaction

• Click on "Deposit" or (if on mobile) on your balance.
• Go to "Recent Transactions" or "Transaction history" to see the status of your transaction. If it has the necessary amount of confirmations, the status will say "CONFIRMED"
