For Papara the payment processing can take up to 20 minutes before funds are credited. For Bank transfers, the processing time is dependant on the bank selected.Are there any requirements to make a withdrawal?
For withdrawing TRY, we require that users either make at least 1 deposit with TRY, OR users will need to submit their National ID. Additionally, deposits must be wagered through 1x before Withdrawal requests will be processed (Example: If you deposit 5000 TRY, you will need to play through 5000 TRY in betting). If these condition have not been met, withdrawals will be restricted.
Can I exchange my cryptocurrency or Turkish Lira to other currency?
