How to play Blackjack Classic PP

Blackjack Classic PP is easy to play because its rules do not differ from the traditional version. Here are the following rules in this game:

• Blackjack Classic PP uses eight decks of cards, and the card values are as follow

  • Number cards - Retain face value

  • Jack - 11

  • Queen - 12

  • King - 13

  • Ace - The value can either be one or eleven depending on the player’s call.

• You can place bets on three different hands by putting down a bet chip on each.

• You are allowed to split when you receive a hand of pairs. Based on your two cards, you can receive the following payout when your hands win:

  • Perfect Pair pays 25 to 1.

  • Coloured Pair pays 12 to 1.

  • Non-coloured Pair pays 5 to 1.

• You are allowed to split up to four times, and it is possible to double down after splitting.

• Receiving a 10 card and an Ace counts as 21, not Blackjack.

• Landing a Blackjack in the first two cards will reward you with a payout of 3 to 1.

• You can double down when your hand has a value of 9, 10 or 11. Afterwards, you will receive an additional card.

• When the Dealer receives an Ace or a 10 card, they are allowed to peek at their facedown card.

• You are allowed to place an Insurance bet when the dealer receives an Ace. When your hand wins, you will receive the Insurance payout of 2 to 1. 

A fun round of Blackjack Classic PP goes something like this:

1. Place your bets on one or all of the three hands present on the table. There are five chips available which are the following:

   • Red - €0.5

   • Grey - €1

   • Burgundy - €5

   • Green - €25

   • Black - 100.

2. Once you have placed your chips, the dealer will begin to give out the first set of cards to you and then to themselves. After that, the dealer will repeat this for the second set of cards.

3. Afterwards, you now have to decide if you are going to Stand (retain the hand value) or Hit (ask for another card). 

4. You can Double Down or Split when you receive a hand with values of 9 to 10 or a pair of cards, respectively.

5. Once you have made your decisions, the dealer will now reveal the facedown card. If their hand value is higher than yours, all your bets will lose. Meanwhile, having a hand value higher than the dealer will make you win.
