Tại Bitcasino người chơi có thể giành được phần thưởng hoặc tiền thưởng theo những cách sau:

·     Tham gia các chương trình ưu đãi hoặc giải đấu thường xuyên của Bitcasino

·     Kích hoạt Casino Boost nếu người chơi

·     Là một thành viên của CLB Khách hàng thân thiết Bitcasino

Tất cả phần thưởng mà người chơi giành được đều đến mà không cần bất kỳ yêu cầu đặt cược nào. Bitcasino không cung cấp tiền nạp hoặc phần thưởng chào mừng.

Tùy thuộc vào chương trình ưu đãi hoặc giải đấu, có 3 loại tiền thưởng hay phần thưởng mà người chơi có thể nhận được:

·    Vòng quay miễn phí - vòng quay miễn phí trong trò chơi

·    Chip miễn phí - được trao cho người chơi đặc biệt cho các trò chơi trên bàn

·    Phần thưởng tiền mặt - tiền mặt được tự động thêm vào số dư của người chơi

Người chơi có thể tìm thấy tiền thưởng hay phần thưởng có sẵn cho họ trong tab Phần thưởng trong phần cài đặt tài khoản người chơi. Mã ưu đãi hoặc mã thưởng mà người chơi đã được cung cấp cũng có thể được bật trong tab Phần thưởng. Bitcasino.io  có thể thay đổi hoặc hủy bỏ bất kỳ chương trình ưu đãi nào theo quyết định riêng của mình tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào.

Đặt cược tiền thưởng
Đối với tiền thưởng có yêu cầu đặt cược, người chơi phải chuyển tiền thưởng và tiền thắng cược của nó một số lần nhất định trước khi có thể thực hiện rút tiền.

Người chơi cũng có tùy chọn tước bỏ hoặc hủy bỏ tiền thưởng của mình nếu họ muốn làm như vậy. ·    Mở nhiều tài khoản để nhận nhiều phần thưởng;

·    Cho phép một người không phải người chơi tự đặt cược vào tài khoản của mình trong khi phần thưởng đang hoạt động.

Nếu có nghi ngờ hợp lý hoặc bằng chứng rằng chủ tài khoản đã bị phát hiện vi phạm các điều khoản phần thưởng này dưới hình thức lạm dụng phần thưởng, với tư cách cá nhân hoặc hoạt động như một nhóm, thì  Bitcasino.io có quyền tước phần thưởng và bất kỳ khoản tiền thắng cược nào từ phần thưởng đó, xóa tiền liên quan đến phần thưởng này, chặn người chơi truy cập các sản phẩm nhất định, loại người chơi khỏi bất kỳ chương trình ưu đãi nào trong tương lai hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản người chơi có hiệu lực ngay lập tức.
